You’ll speak with the HR representative guiding you through the selection process. During this conversation, you’ll learn more about E SENSE IT, the potential project you’ll be working on, and the role itself—while we also get to know more about you and your overall engineering skills.

You’ll meet with the Team Lead and the HR representative guiding you through the selection process. This is a chance to learn more about E SENSE IT, your potential future team and role, while we get to know you better as well. The conversation may also include a live coding assignment to help us assess your technical skills more thoroughly.

You’ll have a conversation with the Head of Department, Team Lead, and an HR representative. This stage gives you a deeper insight into the role and our expectations at E SENSE IT, while giving us the opportunity to ask you more specific and detailed questions.
